Mark is a coffee enthusiast who embarked on a journey into the world of coffee in 2023. Beginning with courses in Green Coffee, Barista Skills, and Post Harvest Process, he delved deep into the art and science of coffee. In 2024, his passion led him to the Kona Hawaii region, where he had the opportunity to savor the renowned Kona coffee and connect with local coffee farmers. Excited to continue his exploration with upcoming courses in Coffee Roasting and Sensory Skills, Mark is on a mission to deepen his understanding and appreciation for the beloved bean.
